EXERCISE FOR RELAX THE LEGS :)
By all the time we are stopping, your legs they get tired and this causes the famous "varicose veins" To avoid this we can make the following exercise.
EXERCISE:
1.-Lying with the legs straight, we started to upload as if it were a stairs until have straight the legs.
2.-Lying with the legs straight, we started to upload one leg, the down and up the other leg.
3.-Lying with the legs straight, we started to upload the legs opening them and putting them together in order to lower.
4.-Lying with the legs straight, we started to upload the legs elevated to very little distance, keeping that distance climbed one leg and down to the distance initial and repeat with the other leg.
5.-Lying with the legs straight, we started to upload the legs at an angle of 45ΒΊ and we begin to move as if it were a bicycle.
Repeat these exercise five times, for to form a block. Make 10-15 blocks.
